Who else is feeling the pressure to start some kind of cleanse/workout/join a gym/actually get off the couch? While I’m only thinking about 2.5 of those, I’m sure these topics are on everyone’s minds. That said, I have rounded up the top 4 things centered around actually getting in shape and being healthy. Have I mentioned how much I loathe new year’s resolutions?

2. Suja juice cleanse. I know some of you may not agree with a cleanse of any kind but after all the crap I’ve been eating, this is good for even a one meal replacement. I’ve done it once before for 3 days and felt great afterwards.
3. College Park Yoga. You Orlando locals should check out my fav yoga studio. Doesn’t get anymore sweaty and amazing then this!
4. Lululemon’s blog/social media. They have so many tips not just for how rockin their clothes are – but just living an abundant and healthy life. Check out their blog and Twitter and Insta.
