It’s true. I really don’t win anything. Not even crappy prizes like a pencil or an awful TGI Fridays gift card I’ll never use. But this one time, on Twitter, I actually won.
I follow this brand/company/lifestyle called KUDAGRA. I also happen to know the founder of this fine organization, a United States Marine. I support companies that I believe in. Their mission is “to empower and inspire elite athletes and competitors. KUDAGRA is for the confident, elite professionals who let their performance speak for itself. We celebrate our victories and respect the opponents who made us earn them.” They also happen to have some rad gear and support the troops – pretty awesome huh?
They asked users on Twitter to follow/retweet for a chance to win some awesome swag. So what do I do when I see a chance to win a prize I typically never end up winning? Enter anyway.
Next thing I know – BAM – me and another follower won! I took a few shots of my prize below. Jack even got excited. The hat is awesome – the flex-fit mesh fits moi head perfectly. And the performance shirt is the comfiest thing ever (it wicks moisture. Nuff said). Check out some more of the gear on their online store.*
Maybe this is the start of a streak of good luck. Or maybe I should just accept my win and hold my head high. It could be a long time until this happens again.
