See what I did there? Play on words. Ha. I crack myself up.
But my main goal for today is to highlight my girl Sarah. She started this awesome business known as Artsy Glass Gal on Etsy. Now I must talk about her on this here blog because of what she just did for me…I mean check out that handsome guy above?
Right? Glitter skull – yes – exactly what every little girl wishes for. Or maybe only me. Whatever.
So Sarah started this business after realizing her hobby could actually turn into something more. When I asked her about her inspiration behind it all she said, “Everyone likes unique gifts and ornaments and glassware has that personal touch. [These are] things you would never normally buy yourself and a way to commemorate a year or occasion.”
I mean just look at this little guy – yoga and peace and love? Gimme.
Here’s a few other tidbits from my interview with her.
What is your favorite thing to paint? Anything! The whole process is fun. I like the idea of being challenged by a design and then see the finished product!
What inspires you? It’s my escape! My creativity is mostly repressed within my corporate job so it’s a time for me to be free from boundaries. (I hear ya sister).
What are your favorite mediums? Only glass. It can be wiped clean if you make a mistake before it dries and glitter and bows can be added for my ornaments!
Love. How about some cute ornaments to show you because pictures speak louder than words.
So talented! Now go snag one her ornaments. Or request a personalized one. Ho ho ho. Merry Christmas.
