So this one time,
in band camp a while ago, I went back home and didn’t blog about it. Oh so difficult for me, but hey! I’m here now! Blogging about said trip. It was a quick one. But I did a couple things I’ll blog about today and tomorrow because they were such a fun time. The first of which being the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience in downtown Louisville.
Downtown you say? Why yes, kids. The building houses an artisanal distillery as well as a guided historical tour and a tasting room (most important).
This, as well as the other yummy bourbon, Elijah Craig (Heaven Hill bourbons) are produced at the historic Bernheim Distillery. Fun fact: there’s even a tie to the Beam family if you read more about the history online. I’m such a nerd. I could go on for days about bourbon. But instead, I’ll just show you some fun photos.
Now go visit. Yay for the Kentucky Bourbon Trail!
