I think it’s safe to say it’s been many moons since I’ve been home for this long – four whole nights to be exact. While this may not be a lot to some of you – it was a nice little break for my mind and body this holiday. Plus I missed you guys! It’s funny how just a few days can feel like an eternity in blogland. Just me? Alrighty then, haha.
Arriving in Louisville on Friday, I had a little bit of time with my parents before all the siblings and their kiddos arrived. I’m splitting up my trip into a couple parts – before – and after – Christmas.
And with that, part 1 – before Christmas. How cute is the tree?
^^ selfies with my niece Adeline became a regular thing. She taught me a thing or two about snapchat actually, ha.
^^ my newest nephew Benjamin! He was the best baby, just loved to be held the entire time and barely cried.
My step dad read some books to the kiddos on Christmas Eve night. The best part are the two photos after that, though. Right before bed, he had to get a photo of all the little ones. To say it was a lot of work would be an understatement. Ha! The last one is my favorite, though. Laughs for days.
Hilarious right? Trip (on the right) – I love it.
Tomorrow, I’ll showcase Christmas morning and some snaps from the rest of the trip. Happy Wednesday!
